Effective Date: April 20, 2026 Program Name: The College Counseling Specialist Affiliate Program

This Affiliate Program Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between The College Counseling Specialist / Collegenight.org (“we,” “us,” or “Company”), located at 8 Corporate Park, Suite 300, Irvine, California 92606, and you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”).

By applying to or participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Program Description

We offer a range of high-quality, self-paced masterclasses designed to help families successfully navigate college admissions and funding. These include the Complete College Admissions & Funding Flagship Masterclass, specialized Deep Dive masterclasses (UC Application, College Selection, College Essays, Common Application, CSS Profile, FAFSA, and Selecting the Right Major), and the All-In-Complete Bundle.

Affiliates earn commissions by referring customers to these courses through their unique tracking links.

2. Commission Structure

We offer a two-tier commission structure:

• Tier 1 Commission (Direct Referrals): You earn 40% commission on every qualified sale generated through your own unique affiliate link.

• Tier 2 Commission (Sub-Affiliates): You earn an additional 10% commission on every qualified sale made by affiliates you personally recruit and who join the program under your referral link.

Commissions are calculated on the final purchase price after any discounts. There is no earning cap.

Example Tier 1 commissions:

• All-In-Complete Bundle: $824.84 per sale

• Flagship Masterclass: $278.00 per sale

• Individual Deep Dive masterclasses: $59.60 – $139.60 per sale

Tier 2 commissions are paid at 10% of the same sale amounts when generated by your sub-affiliates.

3. Tracking and Cookie Duration

• Tracking is handled automatically through Systeme.io.

• You will receive a unique affiliate link upon approval. A separate referral link will be provided for recruiting other affiliates.

• The cookie duration is 90 days. Any purchase made within 90 days of a click on your link will be attributed to you (provided the cookie is not overwritten).

• Tier 2 commissions are tracked automatically when sub-affiliates generate sales.

4. Payment Terms

• Commissions (both Tier 1 and Tier 2) are processed and paid via Systeme.io.

• Payment schedules, minimum thresholds (if any), and available payment methods will be detailed in your affiliate dashboard after approval.

• Payments are made only for qualified sales that are not refunded, charged back, or canceled.

5. Affiliate Obligations and Promotional Guidelines

• You may promote our courses using the promotional materials we provide (email swipe copy, social media posts, banners, etc.).

• You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotions in compliance with FTC guidelines (e.g., #ad, “affiliate link,” or “I earn a commission if you purchase through my link”).

• You agree to promote our courses in a truthful, accurate, and professional manner. You may not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about the courses, results, or guarantees.

• You may not use spam, unsolicited emails, or any unlawful marketing methods.

• You may not bid on our trademarks, brand names, or variations in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) without prior written permission.

• You may not create websites, domains, or social profiles that confuse people into thinking they are officially associated with The College Counseling Specialist.

6. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our approved logos, images, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Affiliate Program during the term of this Agreement. All other rights remain with the Company.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

• Upon termination, you must immediately stop promoting our courses and remove all affiliate links and materials.

• You will be paid any outstanding Tier 1 and Tier 2 commissions earned prior to the termination date (subject to refund/chargeback adjustments).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your promotional activities, including any violation of this Agreement or applicable laws.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements.

By submitting your affiliate application and participating in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
